A very graphic video has surfaced online in which a man can be seen throwing down a puppy from terrace mercilessly. The video, which is shot in slow motion, is reported to be uploaded from Chennai and the Cyber Cell of the city is investigating the matter. Humane Society International has offered Rs 100000 to anyone who provides information about the man in the video.
