A 40-year old man was killed in an accident occurred while driving in an autopilot Tesla car in the US. According to the US govt, the accident happened when the cameras failed to identify turning tractor-trailer from a brightly lit sky, which failed to activate its brakes. The driver of the truck claimed that the victim was watching Harry Potter on the Tv screen when the accident took place.
