Visa has filed a lawsuit against Walmart for their alleged protocol testing that removed the signature verifications on Visa debit card payments. Earlier Walmart had sued Visa for resisting the use of PINs by customers for purchases on debit cards. Visa said Walmart neither disclosed the PIN-only policy nor is providing a signature option. Wal-Mart said, 'We rightfully insist on the use of PINs.'
