Massive anti-terror operations are underway in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara area. High alert has been sounded across Srinagar owing to the situation. Frequent encounters have been going on between the security forces and militants for a week now. On Tuesday, Hizbul Mujhahideen commander was killed by the security forced in Nagri area of Kupwara.
