Kriti Sanon shares her fitness mantra!

Bollywood actor, Kriti Sanon has revealed her fitness mantra. Kriti mentioned that she has been into Pilates since Jan 2016. Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century. She said she wanted to try different workout styles and Pilates worked best for her. She said she does pilates for an hour 3-4 times a week and finds an instructor
