ICC announced that it is likely to add two more teams to the main draw of the next World Cup T20 in 2018. ICC chairman Shashank Manohar made the announcement that two teams will go through from each of the groups to create a Super 12 and also there is a motion to give Associate nations three reps on the ICC full voting privileges. It is already known that South Africa will host the 2018 World T20.
